Álvaro Javier Cruz-Gómez

I am a postdoctoral researcher interested in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) analyses.  As a neuropsychologist and neuroimaging analyzer, my primary research focuses on the identification of structural and functional MRI parameters than can be used as reliable biomarkers related to cognitive impairment in neurological conditions (such as Multiple Sclerosis, Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy, Parkinson Disease or Chronic Migraine). In addition, I am also interested in studying gender differences in brain anatomy and functional connectivity (both in healthy and clinical population).
